The Brief: Spread the love online from the H&M Love booth. The H&M marketing team decided to base their video booth within their flag ship store on London’s Oxford Street.

The Aim: To get their customers into the Valentine’s Day spirit by enabling them to send their loved ones a message over social media platforms.

The Delivery: Working to a brief set by H&M we created art work for both booth exterior and interior along with fully customising their prints. The booth was active for 28 days and allowed people to share video and photo’s online via social media channels and email.
We created and customised a social sharing table equipped with ipad’s. Here customers could edit their photo’s and send their love messages. Easy step by step instructions were printed onto the table to guide customers through the sharing journey.
Customers were able to personalise their messages and in turn and connect with their love ones.
Messages were uploaded and sent from personal platforms which gave the campaign a personal touch not only connecting H&M’s customers with their loved ones but also connecting H&M to their loyal customers.
